L'Association irlandaise de football ( Irish Football Association Ltd IFA) est une association regroupant les clubs de football d'Irlande du Nord et organisant les compétitions nationales et les matchs internationaux de la sélection d'Irlande du Nord. Il ne faut pas confondre cette association avec l'Association d'Irlande de football, qui organise le football en République d'Irlande.

La fédération nationale d'Irlande du Nord est fondée en 1880. Elle est affiliée à la FIFA depuis 1911 et est membre de l'UEFA depuis sa création en 1954.

Le championnat d'Irlande du Nord de football a été créé en 1890. Les clubs de République d'Irlande participèrent à ce championnat jusqu'en 1921.
